Texas Services Becomes the Tree Care Department of BIO Landscape & Maintenance, Inc.
Houston, Texas – Since 1976, Texas Services has served its customers with devotion and exceptional customer service. On December 31, 2009, Texas Services, LLC (Texas Services) partnered with a Houston based company named BIO Landscape & Maintenance, Inc. (BIO), a Yellowstone Landscape Group company. Employees of Texas Services have joined the BIO team; expanding resources and expertise for customers throughout Texas. Texas Services will become the Tree Care Department of BIO Landscape & Maintenance, Inc. while BIO will manage all maintenance and construction projects directly.
Texas Services is excited to join the BIO team and to be able to offer improved services to customers. BIO has been in business since 1982 and is part of the Yellowstone Landscape Group, one of the largest full service landscape providers in the United States. BIO is recognized as a premier landscape services company and provides comprehensive landscape and horticultural services to both public and private sectors.
Robert Taylor, President of BIO, said, “We welcome Texas Services into our team and are excited about their contributions to BIO and the entire Yellowstone organization. BIO is honored to partner with this respected Houston icon.”
Jim Sivils, the former majority partner of Texas Services is now the new Strategic Accounts Business Developer at BIO.
